- What if I am having trouble logging on to S.E.D.D.?
- Complete Login instructions with screenshots can be found on the “S.E.D.D. Training” menu option under the Settlement Services Tab.
The S.E.D.D. login process includes two login prompts. The first login username will be your email address. This is the email address that is on file with American Title and the one you received your confirmation on. If you forgot your password, please contact your American Title representative at 1-877-777-4ATI. Password details can be found on the "S.E.D.D." Instructions that were sent to you with your confirmation.
Once you get through this login and click on the sa folder, you will have a second login prompt.
- I have gotten through the first login but why doesn’t the second login screen appear when I click on the sa folder?

If the second login screen does not appear, it is most likely because your computer has a pop-up blocker enabled. In order to disable the pop-up blocker for our secured S.E.D.D. website, right click on "Pop-up blocked" toward the top of the screen and then select "Always allow pop-ups from this site."
- What happens if the document information is dated wrong or there are problems with the documents?

If there is a problem with the documents, please contact American Title immediately by calling 1-877-777-4ATI. Select option 1.
- What do I do if I accidentally delete a file?

If you have accidentally deleted a file, please contact American Title at 1-877-777-4ATI. Select option 2.
- What if I’m able to access S.E.D.D. but cannot download documents?

If you are able to log into S.E.D.D. but cannot download documents, please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe.
